Look up and TOC errors

Could you please fix folowing error:
1. When doing right click on a word then select menu item "Look up", Kitabu switches to strange mode in which it scrolls between chapter, not pages.
2. Toggling TOC button changes current visible page.

I think many users of this great app would be happy having simple searching text field.
